About Amee
Amee is an International Cueist representing India in Snookers, Billiards, and 6-Red. Born in Indore, Madhya Pradesh she has held the Indian flag high in International events, multiple times. Currently, ranked India No 1 in Snooker (Women) and Billiards (Women), Amee is an icon and inspiration for women in sports.
She received the highest sports recognition for Madhya Pradesh, the Vikram Award in Dec 2015. Amee has been nominated for 4 times for the prestigious Arjuna Award by the Billiards and Snookers Federation of India. She has also been nominated for the prestigious Padma Shri in 2021.
In 2017, she won all three National titles viz. Billiards, Snookers, and 6-Red in the same calendar year. Amee is the 1st and only Indian cueist to win Asian Women Snooker Gold setting a benchmark for women in cue sports.
